Before you arrive
You use the field at your own risk. Please take care when using the field as we aren’t responsible for any incidents within the field or car park area.
Entering and Leaving the Field
- Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your session start time
- Wait for the previous user to load their dogs into their car and drive out of the car park before you drive into the car park.
- Keep your dogs in the car or on a lead until you are within the secure fenced area with the gate closed
- Ensure that you have left the field, loaded your dogs, and driven out of the car park before the start of the next session. Please remember that your time slot includes the time to load your dogs into the car

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Please do not climb on fencing, gates or trees

Booking Policies
- Cancellations are accepted up to 6 hours before the booking for a full refund
- No refunds for cancellations within 6 hours or for no-shows
- Late arrivals will not receive extensions as it would not be fair to the next booking
- We reserve the right to close the field at any time with full refunds provided.
Disclaimer
- While we ask that all dogs are vaccinated, it cannot be guaranteed that every owner has had their dog immunised, therefore the risk of infectious diseases is the same as going for a walk with your dogs. This is the same for natural issues such as grass seeds and ticks.
- Please remember this is a natural woodland and has areas of uneven ground. We are not responsible for any damage or injury to users or their dogs.
Additional Field Rules for XL Bullies
Please read and follow all the field rules on our website. These additional rules for XL Bullies are the basis for our insurance cover and must be observed.
- The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided to the insurer in the event of a claim.
- A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to the insurer in the event of a claim.
- The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times unless with other dogs from the same household
- The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules
- The dog is Micro Chipped
- The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field. (For our field, this means the pedestrian gates into the secured area must be shut and bolted behind you. The car park is shared with other users and is not secure.)
- The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field. (For our field, this means before opening the pedestrian gates into the car park.)
- You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field
- If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together as long as they have a minimum of 1 handler. All dogs leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field including the XL Bully.
- If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all times with a 1:1 handler.
